CASA TEMBE

Project description:
The brief of the house was to create a simple single storey house with 3 bedrooms, a strong sense of place and flow. Upon approaching the house the entry is defined by a large overhanging concrete roof slab, that gives rise to the architectural form. This cave-like space also doubles as the carports, sheltering the owners and vehicles.
The L shape plan also contributes to the visual communication between indoor and outdoor and gives the owners an ample viewing deck of the garden.
