TETE MIXUSE 

Project description:
Located in the province of Tete, in Mozambique. The brief asks for a mix use building that would blend into the character of the newly found coal capital of Mozambique. The introduction of articulated simple forms and bold application of black painted steel structure giving it a sense of an industrial stylized building. The building boasts very high internal requirements. While the pergolas soften and marks the walkways and entrances while establishing a more human scale for the tenants and visitors.
