Project description:
The house consists of two stories 390sqm of space, The architectural program was created by dividing the public from the private into two levels but related to each other by an entry space in which the staircase is developed and crossed by a corridor foyer, splitting private from public space. The public, is on the ground floor, very open and transparent to the patio in which a pool develops as a small swimming channel surrounded by a green area and bounded by the basketball court.
