Project description:
MJC project is to be implemented on a plot of 1500m2, in an expanding area in the Costa Do Sol neighborhood. The project is a union of two semi-detached houses, designed to shelter two families and meet their needs. This is a simple volume proposal, in which the houses should be distributed over two floors where there will be a conventional division of spaces between social and private. 
A strong feature of the project is a generous and long balcony that will envelop the entire 1st floor and its compartments, to respond to the acting tropical climate and provide a views to the entire private outdoor area, while providing a canopy over the ground floor and protecting the huge glass planes that connect the indoor spaces to the entire green and leisure area to the house.
